亚欧能源网_：琼斯东京8月3日消息，日本炼油商出光兴产创始人儿子的律师周三表示，创始人的儿子已经购买了40万股昭和壳牌公司的股票作为其反对提议中的两家公司进行合并的一种方式。

出光兴产创始人的儿子Shosuke Idemitsu在律师发布的一份公告中称：“我们通过购买股票的方式强调我们对此次合并的强烈反对。”

出光兴产家族成员已经表示反对出光兴产和昭和壳牌两家公司高管们提议中的合并交易。

TOKYO--The son of the founder of Idemitsu Kosan Co. (5019.TO ) has bought 400,000 shares of Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K. (5002.TO) as a way of blocking a proposed merger between the two companies, a lawyer for the son said Wednesday.

"We conducted this share purchase to stress how strongly we oppose this merger," Shosuke Idemitsu, the son of Idemitsu's founder, said in a statement issued by his lawyer.

Members of the Idemitsu family have expressed opposition to a proposed merger between Idemitsu Kosan and Showa Shell Sekiyu that is advocated by executives of the two companies.
